it's always good to dream
There really isn’t a bad time to dream. IMO everyone needs to dream. Dreaming is a need, not a want. It doesn’t hurt to dream, but it will eventually hurt when you don’t.
However, whether or not the dream comes true, is another issue altogether.

I’m afraid that the reason why I’m here is so that others can feel even better about themselves; I say this because when I look at myself, I see nothing. But when I look at others, I see everything.
